PRIVATE TUTORING
Math Medic offers private tutoring for students taking any high school level math course or first year college/university course. Math Medic specializes in the grade twelve Calculus & Vectors and Advanced Functions courses. Private tutoring allows students to learn using their own strengths in a nonthreatening environment.

STUDY HALL
Study Hall is a program where students complete their homework along with other students with the support of a tutor. The low ratio of students allows them to get the help they need, but it also instills independence so that they can learn to help themselves.

EXAM PREPARATION
Preparing for final exams and standardized testing can be very overwhelming for students. Math Medic will work with students to develop strategies to prepare for and write exams. Practice exams are used as tools to pinpoint areas of concern which can then be addressed with the support of a tutor.

HEAD START COURSES
Prevent the discouragement that struggling math students face as they begin a new course. Head Start courses are designed to review concepts that students need to know before starting a new course. It allows students to be successful from the beginning of the course and improve their confidence. Paired with Study Hall, the student will have continued support and ensure that any new areas of concern are addressed immediately.
